This is a pretty weird documentary/movie about the German electronic music scene; it’s very different from what Soulwax, Justice and Speaking in Code have done, in the sense that it is not a documentary per se, but a real movie with a script and everything, but it still draws on live performances recorded in front of an unaware audience (or several levels, one might add).
Paul Kalkbrenner is signed to the Berlin label Bpitch (run by the a.o. the fabulous Ellen Allien), and he is playing the lead role in the movie, as well as being the artist behind the fantastic soundtrack (link to Beatport).

I really like the boom in documentaries focusing on the electronic music scene, and Soulwax’ “Part Of The Weekend Never Dies” seems like it fits the bill. Trailer:
