March 25, Copenhagen will once again host its very own Twestival. Arranged by @solberg, @marks, @laurajul, @ronnilab, @jacobpackert, @wendelboe & @mortensax.
Twestival is a festival for Twitter-users. This is where we meet up and give to those less fortunate than ourselves. With over 200 cities participating in the Twestival project, it is a worldwide event in the name of charity.
So far, more than 45,000 DKK (8,200 USD) have been collected at the two previous Copenhagen Twestivals. The money has helped build welds around the world and curing children with cancer in Denmark. Now, we're ready to help Concern make an impact on children in dire need of education. There is special focus on establishing Haiti after the devastating earthquake in January 2010.

Once the massive forces of Twitter gathers for a cause, they can't be stopped. In February 2009, a total of more than $250,000 was collected for charity:water, and at the latest Twestival, even Copenhagen were able to pull in a profit of 30,000 DKK with just 150 attendees.
Even if you only have time to help one afternoon, you're still part of a bigger cause and we need all the help we can get. In short, what we need is the following:
